To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is intended to make people aware of the wonderful benefits I’ve received from using the IDD
program through Houston Health and Wellness, formerly Absolute Body, specifically, Dr. Michiel Rorick. I started approximately six weeks ago
using the IDD machine and program; at the time I started I was having severe muscle spasms in my
lower back, and an MRI scan showed three disks in my lower back that were bulging and somewhat
herniated, It took about two weeks to notice any difference, but after that, improved on almost a daily
basis. Today I am free of any lower back pain or discomfort, thanks to Dr. Rorick and his dedicated
staff. The disks have apparently ‘re-hydrated' themselves, and (believe it or not) I am now about 1/4"
taller than when I first started. I attribute that to the disks repairing themselves, due to the IDD machine.
I would encourage anyone contemplating back surgery for pain relief to contact Dr. Rorick concerning
the IDD program.

Due to sports injuries that resulted
in neck and back pain, I was forced to stop all athletics other
than light weightlifting and walking. I had been treated
for my symptoms by professionals, however, my back did not
respond well enough to regain my activities. I decided it
was time for a change and started treatment with Dr. Rorick and
his staff. Now I have been able to once again participate
in the physical activities that I enjoy. Thank you Dr.
Rorick and staff or your expertise and professionalism.

To anyone who has a serious pain

is my testimony of Houston Health & Wellness Center medical
office located at 2550 Gray Falls Drive #120, Houston, Texas off
Westheimer and Gray Falls Drive.
My name is Ronald Owens and I work
on a ship as a merchant seaman. I injured my right
shoulder when I was at sea on November 2004. After I was
off on vacation I went to several doctors for care of my right
shoulder. I had medical exams, X-rays, MRI, and a
neurologist. All in which I still was not able to fix my
shoulder. It was still in serious pain.
To my luck I found the medical
office of Houston Health & Wellness. The team of Medical
Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and a professional
staff, which has to be, in my opinion, in the TOP 1% of all
medical facilities in Houston Texas, and I have seen a lot of
different doctors over the past 10 years living here in Houston,
coming from California. The whole staff is very caring and
very professional and always in a happy mood, which is very
important to all who come for treatment. They are very
supportive of each, and everyone of the many, many patients.
My right shoulder feels very good now, and I am ready to return
back to work.

professional conduct, expertise, and caring, and I will continue
to come back when I return from my tour of sea duty for a check
up.

Dear Dr. Rorick,
We wanted to write and thank you for
all that you have done for our daughter, Laurie. We will
never be able to put in words how much it means to us to finally
have Laurie feeling so good again after 3 long years of
headaches.
She has had only one headache since
she has been home and that was when she only had 1 treatment for
the week because the doctor was gone. She says Dr. Bubel
is okay but he isn't "No Dr. Rorick". So you have
made quite an impression on her.
Thanks again for giving us our happy
normal teen-ager back again!

Dr. Rorick-
Just wanted to take a moment to say
thank you for all the time and effort you have given to
Jennifer, Kiki, and me. You truly have been a miracle
worker.
Never in our wildest dreams did we
think (after seeing a ton of specialists) Jennifer would be able
to swim with her back such a mess. Not only that, but you
got her in such good "operating shape" that she not only
won a gold medal at the state swim meet but she also set a new
state record! With all the treatments here and now the
follow up stretching and exercises and of course an occasional
visit to you, she plans on swimming and winning (you know
Jennifer) for a long time.
Kiki's neck and back are so much
better. Who would've thought a person could get whiplash
from getting hit in the face at volleyball practice?
Anyway, now she's healthy and back on the volleyball court at
Pepperdine (which she truly loves).
And now for my note of
gratitude, you have done a great job keeping the "41" year old
mom on the tennis courts and life with four daughters at a
manageable stress level for my body.
Anyway, just wanted to give you a
little pat on the back from the Moriarty "women", you certainly
deserve one!

Dr. Rorick and the entire staff at
Houston Health and Wellness are phenomenal. When I came to
them I had three year old injuries that created extreme chronic
pain, the inability to sit (DRIVE), stand for any length of
time, move my neck more than an inch, etc. Specialist
after specialist had left me devastated with their dim
conclusions that this was a unusual injury and pain that I was
going to have to deal with the rest of my life. Being only
26 years old and a mother of a 3 year old this was
horrifying. All this shattered hope was gone the first day
I walked into Houston Health and Wellness and Dr. Rorick assured
me he was confident they could help me and more importantly
always be upfront and honest with me. During the first
week of treatment I had full range of motion in my neck, I was
able to sit under Dr. Gopal's acupuncture treatment and now only
5 1/2 months later I DROVE MY CAR! Dr. Rorick and Houston
Health and Wellness are giving me my life back. Their
passion and dedication to each patient's healing and quality of
life is such a precious blessing and I am forever
grateful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

My head feels too heavy for my
neck!! This has been my complaint for several years to my
physicians and each and every time was told it was from my
arthritis and given anti-inflammatory drugs and told to take
over the counter pain relievers. I've been steadily taking
more and more and the pain steadily getting worse and
progressing through my shoulders and to my finger tips.
Finally, five months ago, I grabbed
the yellow pages and started looking for a chiropractor as a
last resort. Through out the years I had heard many
positive things about chiropractic and just as many negative,
but I was at my wits end. By a very fortunate
happenstance, the ad for Dr. Rorick caught my eye and was
conveniently located, so I called and spoke with Anita who set
up an introductory appointment for me.

welcome from the time you enter the front door. At my
meeting and later mini seminar, I was given all the history and
information of the practice of chiropractic and all my questions
were fully discussed and satisfied, and I learned that it was a
full service clinic with not only Dr. Rorick and Dr. Kelly, but
a medical consult with Dr. Conti with periodic follow ups, a
complete physical therapy clinic as well as a Naturopathic
expert. I began my treatments immediately.
I can not say enough about my
treatment spiritually, mentally and especially physically since
coming to Houston Health and Wellness. I have reduced my
anti-inflammatory by half and rarely take pain relievers and I
am almost completely pain free and able to deal fully with my
busy life. I would and do recommend the Clinic to any and
all who will listen.

When I first visited Dr. Michiel
Rorick I was somewhat skeptical. I had never
"believed" in chiropractic simply because I did not
understand it. But I had an injury to my neck that was
severe and the medical doctors and medicine I was taking was not
helping me. I was in pain almost constantly and becoming
more and more desperate. A friend of mine suggested that I
go to Dr. Rorick and although I was skeptical, I was now willing
to do just about anything that could make me better. At my
first visit I was impressed that Dr. Rorick took the time to
listen as I explained the problem. He then told me that he
could help me but that it would be difficult at first because of
the severity of the neck injury. I remember telling him
that I didn't care if he came at me with a "chain saw"
if it would make me better! I really appreciated his
honesty. So, I began treatments that he
"customized" for my personal condition. As he
said, it was difficult at first, but after awhile I began seeing
and feeling a marked improvement in my condition. As the
pain began to go away, I regained more and more flexibility, and
then the pain stopped as my condition was healed. Today, I
still see Dr. Rorick on a regular basis because I realize the
need for regular chiropractic. I thank God that He led me
to Dr. Rorick. God gave me my life back through Dr. Rorick.
I now am a firm believer in chiropractic and I believe that Dr.
Michiel Rorick and his staff at Houston Health and Wellness is
the very best there is!

the line doctors to your gentle and caring staff. I am so
